Brief Introduction of National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center
The National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Construction Machinery was established on the basis of the proving ground for military modified vehicles of construction machinery of the General Institute of Mechanical Science (formerly the proving ground for military modified vehicles of construction machinery of the Ministry of Machinery), and was established in 1987. It is the first batch of national quality inspection centers authorized by the relevant authorities in the State Council, specializing in the detection and experimental research of various construction machinery, military and civilian modified vehicles, special and special vehicles, industrial vehicles, aviation ground equipment, special machinery and special equipment. The center spans Beijing and Hebei, and consists of Yanqing headquarters, Kangzhuang experimental area, Xibozi experimental area, Nanmachang experimental area and Dongyuan experimental base. It covers an area of more than 3,000 mu with a building area of 24,498 ㎡. It has seven special test ramps, four straight test runways, three reliability enhancement test runways, two special road runways, a six-kilometer-long circular test runway and explosion-proof laboratory, parts laboratory, lighting laboratory, stability test bench and various operation test sites, as well as a large number of advanced and complete test facilities, equipment, devices and various special test instruments. The business of the center covers 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. At the same time, we have established business relations with the United States, Germany, Japan, Italy and other countries to carry out overseas inspection business.
