Step 1: First select the first page of PPT, then click "Movie and Sound" in "Insert" in the menu bar, and then select "Sound in File" in the pop-up menu.
Method/Step 2:
Step 2: The "Insert Sound" window will pop up, where we can find the path of music files (as for music files, you can download various songs or insert music into PPT online), select it and click OK.
Method/Step 3:
Step 3: After clicking OK, you will find a "small speaker" and a dialog box in PowerPoint with two options, namely "automatic" and "when clicking". As the name implies, "automatic" means that the concert will play automatically during the slide show, and "click" means that the music file will start to play automatically when the left mouse button is clicked during the show. It depends on personal needs here.
Method/Step 4:
Step 4: PPT Click the left mouse button. What should I do if the concert stops? Here is a common question to remind everyone. Normally, we will choose "automatic", but when we play the slide automatically, click the button on the left and you will find that the music has stopped. What's the difference between this and no music? Don't worry, here's how to solve this problem. Right-click "Small Horn" and select "Custom Animation" from the pop-up drop-down list. In the "Custom Animation" that pops up on the right, we click the "Little Triangle" button next to the music, and then select "Effect Options" from the pop-up menu in the operation interface of win7 system.
Method/Step 5:
Step 5: In the pop-up "Play Sound" tab, we set the value of "After One Slide" under "Stop Playing" to be larger, as shown in the red area below. You can set it to "999" like me and then confirm. At this point, no matter how you click the left key or space, the music will not stop until it is finished.
Method/Step 6:
Step 6: Set the methods of "playing music circularly" and "hiding small speaker icon" in PPT. Right-click the Small Speaker icon and select Edit Sound Object. After entering the "Sound Options", we will tick "Loop until it stops" and "Hide sound icon during slide show" and confirm.
