2. Change the nozzle shape to reduce noise.
The gas ejected from the nozzle at high speed produces strong disturbance, and exchanges momentum and mass with the surrounding static air, resulting in noise. Experiments show that reasonable design of jet spacing and prevention of jet interference can change the characteristics of initial jet, thus effectively reducing combustion noise. Porous nozzles should be used in the design to reduce the gas pressure and nozzle outlet speed, which can not only reduce the jet noise, but also reduce the combustion noise.
3, nozzle design and processing is reasonable.
When the gas from the nozzle diffuses into the relatively static gas, the direction and cross section of the gas flow suddenly change, which will produce great noise. When the nozzle has burr or the nozzle hole is rough and out of round, the airflow shrinks through the nozzle and produces offset noise. The higher the gas pressure, the greater the offset noise. Therefore, the diameter-length ratio of the nozzle in design is generally 1∽.

4. Reasonable design of gas distribution pipe

In addition, the damping hole on the upper cover of the gas proportional control valve is used to adjust the air flow, which not only ensures the pressure reduction and pressure stabilization of the valve, but also reduces and controls the noise transmission, and will not be blocked when in use.
5. The injector is designed and assembled reasonably.
When the ejector is working, if the mixing tube is rough or burr, the air flow will produce noise when it passes through. In addition, when assembling the nozzle, the outlet section should have a certain distance from the throat of the ejector, and the center line of the nozzle should be consistent with the center line of the mixing tube, otherwise, the deviation or intersection angle will be too large, which is not conducive to the inhalation of primary air and will also produce noise.
6, the correct use of gas proportional control valve
The test shows that if the starting heat load is reduced to about 50% of the full load, the ignition deflagration will no longer appear. Therefore, it is necessary to specify ignition current and flow rate, minimum heat load current and flow rate, maximum heat load current and flow rate, etc. Gas proportional control valve is used for large-capacity electric heating furnace. Because the environment of electric heating furnace is quiet when it works at night, the gas proportional control valve will produce certain noise when it works. It is suggested to install indoor temperature regulator to realize constant temperature control, which not only saves energy, but also avoids frequent action of solenoid valve to reduce noise.
7. Reasonably configure the parameters of the controller.
The correct selection and installation of igniter should explain that during the ignition process of electric heating furnace, the fan is running, there is air flowing in the combustion chamber, and the ignition in the flowing process needs more ignition energy. Therefore, attention should be paid to the selection of igniter output energy; In addition, the ignition needle should be properly installed to ensure high-energy ignition and good fire transmission performance. This can ignite the gas immediately after the valve is opened to prevent a large amount of gas-air mixture from accumulating around the fire hole. For example, when these gases catch fire, the gas volume expansion will cause oscillation and noise.
