1. Professionals with senior titles, engaged in project cost management for more than 10 years and obtained qualification certificates shall be the full-time person-in-charge or technical person-in-charge of the unit;
2. There are not less than 20 professionals with intermediate or above titles who have been engaged in project cost management for more than 5 years and obtained qualification certificates, of which 30% are senior titles and 40% are full-time staff of this unit;
3. The registered capital is not less than 300,000 yuan;
4. Have a formal office space, a sound organization, complete and reliable technical data and microcomputer management means, as well as strict management system and articles of association;
5. The cost consultation of five large-scale construction projects completed in recent three years has a high social reputation.
Second, B.
1. Professionals with senior titles and engaged in project cost management for more than 7 years shall be the full-time person in charge or technical person in charge of the unit;
2. There are no less than 10 professionals with intermediate titles and engaged in project cost management for more than 3 years, and the full-time staff of the unit is not less than 40% of the registered business personnel;
3. The registered capital is not less than 6,543,800 yuan+500,000 yuan;
4. Have a formal office space, a sound organization, reliable technical data and microcomputer management means, as well as strict management system and articles of association;
5. In the past three years, the project cost consultation of three medium-sized construction projects has been completed, which has a good social reputation.
Third, class C.
Grade C qualification standards shall be formulated by the competent construction departments of provinces, northern autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and relevant departments of the State Council with reference to Grade A and Grade B standards stipulated in these Measures.
Article 7 The business scope of a project cost consulting unit is as follows:
First, Grade A units can undertake engineering cost consulting business of various construction projects across regions and departments.
Two, B units can undertake the department, the local area of various types of medium-sized construction projects of engineering cost consulting business.
Three. The scope of Grade C shall be formulated by the competent construction departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the relevant departments of the State Council.
