Put the knife into the grinding mouth (fine grinding mouth) of the ceramic bar, the lower part of the knife edge is close to the bottom of the V-shaped mouth, keep the angle of the knife in the middle, and pull it back with a slightly smaller force than step 1, and repeat it for three to five times.
4. After grinding the cutter, wipe it with a wet cloth or rinse it with water, and then dry it. Clean the metal blade and ceramic rod of the grinding tool with a soft brush, and keep the grinding head clean.
