1, qualification examination
After the written test results are announced, all recruiting units will conduct on-site qualification examination for those who enter the interview scope. It mainly examines the registration form, ID card, academic degree certificate, corresponding teacher qualification certificate provided by the applicants, as well as the certification materials of academic qualifications involved in the recruitment information. On-the-job personnel need to provide proof that the original unit agreed to apply for the exam.
The qualification examination time and related matters will be announced through the official website of Shenyang Human Resources and Social Security Network and Shenyang Education Bureau. Those who fail to accept the qualification examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Step 2 interview
According to the ratio of recruitment plan to the number of interviewers 1:2, and according to the order of written test scores from high to low, the list of interviewers for each position is determined. Finally, the interviewer tied the written test scores and also participated in the interview. Before the interview, if there is a vacancy due to reasons such as voluntary abandonment, unqualified qualification examination or fraud, it will be filled (lower than the written test qualified line uniformly designated by our city). Supplementary work should be completed within 3 working days after the qualification examination in principle. If the interviewer has been announced, if it is too late to announce the replacement interviewer, it can no longer be announced, and the relevant district and county (city) Education Bureau will explain the situation to other candidates who have entered this position for interview. If the interview proportion is not reached after the replacement, the interview candidates will be determined according to the actual number of people.
Interview-related matters and the list of interviewers will be published through the official website of Shenyang Human Resources and Social Security Network and Shenyang Education Bureau. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who can't reach the qualified score can't be hired. The interview takes the form of a trial lecture.
The written test and interview scores are calculated according to the weight ratio of 4:6, and two decimal places are reserved. The total score was published through Shenyang Human Resources and Social Security Network and the official website of Shenyang Education Bureau.
