Causes of endorsement errors of acceptance bills

1. Endorsement is discontinuous.

Discontinuous endorsement is the most common mistake in bank acceptance bills. At present, * * * has two discontinuous ways.

(1) The name and seal are totally inconsistent. The signatures of the previous endorsement and the subsequent endorsement have nothing in common. For example, A is transferred to B, but the seal of D is stamped on the signature of the subsequent hand. B and d are obviously not a unit.

(2) The name of the endorsement is inconsistent with the seal. The front and back signatures of the endorsement are missing or multi-worded, or the seal is unclear. For example, A is transferred to XX Co., Ltd., but the seal part is XX Co., Ltd., and the seal has the words "shares". Or A is transferred to XX Co., Ltd., and the seal part is XX Co., Ltd., with the word "shares" in the seal. The seal transferred from a to B and B is illegible. In this way, continuity cannot be recognized, which affects understanding and payment.

(3) The endorsement of the riding seal is not standardized or stamped.

2. Error in delegated collection.

(1) Delegated collection for many times. Several bills of bank acceptance bills have been endorsed more than twice and marked with the words "entrusted collection"

(2) The entrusted payee bank is inconsistent with the entrusted payee bank of the settlement voucher. Specifically, it is to entrust XX Agricultural Bank to handle the bank acceptance bill, but the settlement voucher is stamped with the settlement seal of XX Industrial and Commercial Bank.

(3) The entrusted receipt voucher is not filled in correctly. Specifically, the payer's name is incorrectly filled in, and the payee and bank are not standardized.

3. Endorsement is transferred to individuals.

According to Article 74 of Chapter II of the Payment and Settlement Measures, commercial bills can only be used if there is a real transaction relationship or a creditor-debtor relationship between legal persons and other organizations that open deposit accounts in banks. The above provisions legally stipulate that bank acceptance bills cannot be transferred to individuals.
