(6) Have a bachelor's degree in law or above (the relaxed area should have a bachelor's degree in law or a non-bachelor's degree in law, and have corresponding legal expertise);
(7) No criminal punishment (except negligent crime);
(eight) no dismissal from public office or revocation of lawyer's practice certificate, notary's practice certificate, judicial appraiser's practice certificate and grassroots legal service worker's practice certificate;
(9) It has not been recognized as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty, and has been included in the national credit information sharing platform;
(10) There are no other circumstances in which employment is prohibited by national laws, regulations or relevant regulations.
Graduates of Class of 202 1 who have not obtained academic degree certificates can register by providing academic degree inquiry and certification information on China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com). At the end of the exam, those who pass the exam should submit their graduation certificates and academic credentials before August 3 1. If it cannot be submitted within the prescribed time limit, it will be deemed that it does not meet the prescribed registration conditions and the examination results will be invalid.
2. Relax the policy
Except for the following 13 non-relaxation zone, the rest areas are relaxation zones.
Non-relaxed areas are: Xincheng District, Lianhu District, beilin district, Yanta District and weiyang district; Jintai District and Weibin District of Baoji City; Qindu District and Weicheng District of Xianyang City; Linwei District, Weinan City; Hantai District, Hanzhong City; Hanbin District, Ankang City; Yuyang District, Yulin City.
Applicants in the relaxed area shall be based on their domicile or habitual residence at the time of registration, and the place where they apply for practicing is limited to the areas with relaxed academic qualifications.
3. The above conditions are determined by 202 1, which are applicable to the whole province of Shaanxi Province and Yan 'an. Whether the application conditions have changed in 2022, please pay attention to the application announcement issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice in time.
