Twenty-seventh rights holders and interested parties may inquire and copy the real estate registration information according to law, and the real estate registration agency shall provide it.

Twenty-eighth units and individuals who inquire about the real estate registration information shall explain the purpose of the inquiry to the real estate registration agency, and shall not use the real estate registration information obtained by the inquiry for other purposes; Without the consent of the obligee, the obtained real estate registration information shall not be publicly inquired.

Article 97 The State implements a legal inquiry system for real estate registration information.
If the obligee or interested party inquires and copies the real estate registration materials according to law in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Regulations, it shall apply to the real estate registration agency that specifically handles the real estate registration.
The obligee can inquire and copy the real estate registration information.
Interested parties involved in real estate transactions, inheritance, litigation, etc. You can query and copy the natural conditions of real estate, the seizure, mortgage, advance notice registration and objection registration of the obligee and his real estate.
Article 98 The obligee or interested party shall submit the following materials when applying for inquiring and copying the real estate registration materials:
(1) Inquiring about the application;
(2) Description of the purpose of the inquiry;
(3) the identity materials of the applicant;
(4) Where an interested party makes an inquiry, it shall submit materials to confirm the existence of the interested party.
Where the obligee or interested party entrusts others to inquire on its behalf, it shall also submit the identification materials and power of attorney of the agent. When the obligee inquires about its real estate registration information, it is not necessary to provide an explanation of the purpose of the inquiry.
Ninety-ninth in any of the following circumstances, the real estate registration agency shall not make an inquiry, and shall inform the reasons in writing:
(a) the application for real estate inquiry does not fall within the jurisdiction of the real estate registration agency;
(two) the application materials submitted by the inquirer do not meet the requirements;
(three) the subject of the application for inquiry or the items of inquiry are not in conformity with the provisions;
(four) the purpose of the application for inquiry is illegal;
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
