The project is connected to the gorgeous expressway being planned and implemented in the north, and to Chuda, Dabao and Dali expressway in the south, connecting Panzhihua in Sichuan with Dali, Baoshan and Dehong in Yunnan.
According to the plan, the Dali section of the Huali Expressway connecting line starts construction first, starting from the first-class highway of Dali Airport, passing through the Innovation Industrial Park of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, connecting with Dali Expressway by setting a large hub interchange, passing through Xinzhuang, Waxi, Binchuan and Li Jiao, and ending at the junction of Binchuan County and Yongsheng County in Lijiang City, with a total length of 53.3 kilometers, 5 bridges1seat and 9 tunnels.
It is reported that after the completion of the whole line connecting line project, it will become the connecting line with the best access effect and the strongest connection function among the existing expressway in western Yunnan. At the same time, it can effectively connect the skeleton highways of Yunnan and Sichuan provinces and become the most convenient and important passage to Ruili Port in Chinese mainland.
