Part X Rights and Obligations of Party B

Article 36 Party B shall pay the rent as agreed in the contract. If Party A refuses to pay the rent without justifiable reasons, Party B will not be responsible for the delay in paying the rent.

Article 37 During the lease term, if Party B needs to cancel the lease, it must notify Party A in writing _ _ _ _ months in advance. XI partial force majeure and exceptions

Part XV Liability for Breach of Contract
