Good health. Coaches need to have a healthy physical condition, be able to adapt to high-intensity work and stand for a long time, and be able to maintain a stable mood and patience.
Have the ability to deal with emergencies. Coaches need to have the ability to deal with emergencies, be able to respond quickly to students' emergencies during driving, and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of students.
