Does Rizhao polymer cement waterproof mortar have good waterproof effect? Application method of Rizhao polymer cement waterproof mortar

Polymer cement waterproof mortar is made of water-based polymer materials, ordinary portland cement and quartz sand as the main components, and various modified additives are added. Polymer cement waterproof mortar has good impermeability and can be constructed with thin plastering. At the same time, the product also has certain flexibility, good adhesion and crack resistance. As the water-based polymer material is used as the modifying component, no organic solvent volatilizes and no pollution is caused to the environment. It is a polymer cement waterproof mortar product specially used for waterproof treatment of pile foundation and pile head. For polymer cement waterproof mortar products used in pile head, it is necessary to meet the special requirements of underground engineering for the materials used and meet the technical indicators, and the water absorption rate should be less than 4%. The requirement for water resistance is greater than 80%. As long as the construction requirements are met, there will be good results.

Application mode

Treatment of base surface: it is required to thoroughly remove dirt, dust and loose layer on the base surface, and the base surface should be flat and firm. Too smooth base surface needs to be manually chiseled or polished and washed with clear water. The leak should be stopped first. Before construction, the base should be fully watered and wet, but there can be no Mingshui.

Mortar mixing: use mortar mixer or portable electric drill with mixing teeth for on-site mixing, and manual mixing is not allowed. The mixing time is 2 ~ 3 minutes longer than that of ordinary mortar, so it is advisable to premix for 2 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, and then mix for 2 minutes, fully and evenly. The primary mixing amount should be adjusted according to the plastering speed, and the mixed mortar should be used up within 1 hour.

Construction of mortar waterproof layer: the thickness of mortar should be determined according to waterproof grade: 4 ~ 6mm; for above-ground works; Underground engineering should be 6.0 mm or more .. Waterproof layer should be plastered for two or three times, and the thickness of each layer is 2 ~ 3 mm After the first plastering, it should be dried into a film (not less than 5 hours) before the second plastering. The last plastering surface shall be compacted and leveled. The coating amount is generally 2kg/mm per square meter.
