Application → CV screening (10- 15 working days) → written test (10- 15 working days) → interview (10- 15 working days) → employment.

How to apply for a position?
You need to log in to Baidu recruitment system to apply for the position you are interested in.
If you haven't registered yet, please register your account first and improve your resume information.
After applying for the position for a period of time, why didn't you receive the interview notice or rejection notice?
After applying for the post, if your situation meets the job requirements, we will inform you of the next arrangement within 30 days (campus recruitment and intern recruitment may take a long time). If your situation does not meet the job requirements, we will not inform you one by one. During the application process, you can always pay attention to the update information of Baidu recruitment website or log in to the personal information center to check the status of job application.
Can I modify the position I applied for?
You can't. You can post up to three positions, and you are not allowed to post the same position repeatedly within six months.
