North Night Vision Technology Co., Ltd. is the only research and development and production enterprise of low-light-level image intensifier in China, and its product technical level and production capacity rank fourth in the world.

The reorganized night vision group has a registered capital of 2.5 billion yuan, which is composed of three shareholders: Ordnance Industry Group Corporation, 21KLOC-0/Institute and Yunnan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., of which Weapon Party holds 80% and Yuntou Party holds 20%. It is a high-tech sub-group with clear property rights and clear responsibilities established in accordance with the modern enterprise system, and it is the highest level and largest in China.
