How long after being enforced by the court?

Under normal circumstances, court enforcement will end after six months. If the infringer fails to perform his obligations within two years after the judgment takes effect, the infringer may apply for compulsory execution. Once the case enters the execution procedure, the infringer must execute it according to the requirements of the judgment, and the maximum time limit for freezing the infringer's deposit is six months. If it is not handled within the time limit, it will be regarded as automatic thawing, so the court's enforcement will generally end in six months.
