Victor hugo's life

Victor hugo (1802 —— 1885) is a representative figure of French Romance Movement in the 9th century. 1802 was born on February 26th in a joiner's family in Besancon, eastern France. His father was a general under Napoleon, and his mother was an active supporter of Bourbon. The early Hugo was influenced by two hostile political views, mother and school education, and the main aspects of his thoughts were conservative. Hugo/Kloc-began to learn to write poetry at the age of 0/4, and 15 won the French Academy Award. 1824 After Charles X came to power, Hugo became more and more enlightened and became a romantic in literature. Cromwell, published in 1827, is Hugo's first play, and its preface is regarded by literary historians as the declaration of the French romantic movement. Hugo was deeply involved in French politics in his long life. He praised the July Revolution of 1830. 184 1 gave a speech in favor of constitutional monarchy. 1848, he changed his position and supported * * * and was elected as a member of parliament the following year. 185 1 year, louis bonaparte staged a coup to rebuild the monarchy, and Hugo was forced into exile. It was not until the fall of Charles Louis Napolé on Bonaparte in 1870 that he returned to France and was soon elected as a member of the Third Republic. 1May 22, 885, died in Paris.
