Requirements for house purchase: Purchase the only family house in Ningbo for the first time within 3 years from the date of introduction.
Related requirements
(1) Those who apply for resettlement allowance and housing allowance must sign a labor contract or employment contract with the importing unit for 5 years or more.
(2) Full-time work in Ningbo (foreign talents work in Ningbo for not less than 9 months every year.
(3) Do not engage in substantive work outside Ningbo (except academic part-time jobs and consultants).
(IV) If the employee is transferred from this city during the contract signing period, according to the agreement and the five-year service period in Ningbo, the resettlement subsidy for the part with insufficient service period will be returned to the original importing unit, and the importing unit will be returned to the finance.
(5) If both husband and wife meet the application conditions for settling-in allowance, one party shall enjoy it in full and the other party shall enjoy 50%;
In line with the conditions for enjoying the housing subsidy, and the property right of the house is held by one or both spouses, only one party can be agreed to enjoy the housing subsidy;
Eligible for housing subsidies, and the property rights of the house are held by more than one unmarried person, the applicant must hold 1/3 or more, and enjoy the subsidies according to the proportion of property rights, and the same property can only be enjoyed once.
(VI) Talents who have won the honor, policy support and reward of Ningbo-level and above talents in Ningbo shall enjoy corresponding policies such as resettlement subsidies and house purchase subsidies according to the talent level before their acquisition and the relevant conditions and provisions of these Detailed Rules.
(7) The real estate that enjoys the purchase subsidy can be listed and traded only after obtaining the real estate registration certificate for five years.
