Yang Lin, the general manager, sent a deep message. She said that she was glad to see that many managers, technical experts and functional back-end personnel joined the trainer program within 20xx years, which made the training mode more systematic and the optimized development of the course closer to the actual needs. Teacher Yang hopes that the next curriculum development can be standardized and systematic, improve the system, norms and standards, develop quickly, iterate quickly, accept the inspection of internal and external customers, and constantly make customers feel' wow'; I hope more colleagues will join the ranks of internal trainers in Wisdom Fofo Agbo, especially female lecturers. A week ago, Fu Da was in full swing to prepare for this activity. Our cool posters have been posted in many conspicuous places in the company, and the dazzling starry sky and star-like lecturer team are very eye-catching and attract widespread attention!
The activity scene of the day was very lively. As soon as you enter the room, you can see the guests signing and taking pictures on the poster. Each course group set up stalls to "sell courses", with course introduction boards on the table and wonderful courses developed and designed by themselves displayed on the computer, enthusiastically "selling" courses for the guests on the spot. The most popular is the corporate culture research group, which specially produced KT version of the head, billboards and posters. It is really ingenious and has marketing thinking!
The conference includes the opening ceremony, project review, course introduction, delegates' speeches, commendation and appointment, and leaders' messages. At 2: 30 pm, the meeting officially started. The host, Mr. Chen Weihua, took the stage to open the meeting. He welcomed the leaders and guests attending the meeting and introduced the process of the meeting. Then there is a video, which takes you back to the whole process of 20xx annual curriculum optimization, development and star-rated internal trainer training program. The wonderful moment is repeated like yesterday. Then, corporate friends consulted Mr. Wang Fasong, the main consultant of the internal trainer project, and reviewed and summarized the whole project from three aspects: "achievements, history and feelings".
From April to February, the 20xx internal trainer training program was divided into two sub-projects, namely "Lecturer Copier Program" and "Excellent Course Development and Lecturer Training". With the joint efforts of project team members, BG, company leaders and expert tutors, the 17 certification course and 25 star-rated internal trainers were finally born. The training plan for trainers within 20xx years has been optimized and upgraded again on the basis of 20xx years, with five highlights:
(1) Closer to the business: the topic is tempered, 1000+ staff survey and voting, and five BG executives conduct in-depth interviews one by one, which is close to the business needs at zero distance;

(4) More cross-border integration: multi-angle and multi-level, new and old, BG and BG, organization and individual, structure and realization of comprehensive integration.
(5) More innovative effectiveness: adhere to "usefulness" as the king, be grounded, seek actual combat, break through curriculum boundaries, and urge the integration of knowledge and practice. Each excellent course has its own characteristics and ingenious design. A large number of cases come from companies and actual work scenes, which condensed Wisdom Fofo Agbo's own experience and wisdom, and created Wisdom Fofo Agbo's own model framework, supporting simulation exercises and tool forms to help students better master relevant skills, and even set up a studio to record original videos. The embryonic form of fufu TV station is beginning to appear.
In the course presentation, three lecturers took the stage to introduce their courses, selected fragments for on-site simulation teaching, and finally the experts and leaders made comments. Teacher Wang Zhenhua from ITBG, show us "Are you on the point?" —— In the section of "Preparation in advance" in Five Steps of Efficient Communication in Project Management, he started with a case of communication failure that he personally experienced, which led to the importance of preparation in advance, and began to elaborate specific methods: defining communication purposes, conducting SWOT analysis, making action plans and creating a good communication environment. There are many cases from practical work in his course, and valuable experience is summed up from previous projects, so that students can fully participate through interactive ways such as group discussion and practical exercises. The second person who took the stage was Mr Qiu from ITBG, who brought the "Implementation Plan" part of the course "Introduction and Improvement of Oracle Development (Elementary)". By analogy, he extended the example of "how to get from Zhuhai to Britain" in his life to "how to find data" in his work, and began to explain: what is the implementation plan, how to obtain it, how to analyze it, common problems and summary. He made the technical course easy to understand. Finally, Teacher Liu Dan from the Corporate Culture Department showed the section of "Employee Values" in the course "Let Youth Start in Wisdom Fofo Agbo —— Corporate Culture in Wisdom Fofo Agbo". She collected a lot of vivid materials, explained every value in the form of storytelling, and made the corporate culture truly deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. She also played the original video "Years of Burning Passion" recorded by herself, and interviewed the old employees, recalling the passionate entrepreneurship, heroic development and leap-forward transformation of Fufu, which evoked memories of every rich person present, making people shine and feel passionate.
Next, the lecturer's representative spoke. C/C++ Teacher Yong, Teacher Fu's Professional Literacy Guide, Teacher Huang Chunbao and Teacher Lai Xiangfang unveiled the big data ecosystem, and published their gains and feelings during the project. During the training, they learned the knowledge and skills of developing and teaching courses. After class, they spent a lot of time and energy collecting materials, designing courses, making courseware and practicing teaching. They develop courses from scratch, never teach and interact freely. Every lecturer has made remarkable growth and progress. Teacher Lai was on a business trip in other places and specially recorded a video. He said, "What Mr. Wang teaches can be used not only for lectures, but also for communicating with customers and educating children with the five-step review method."
In recognition of the appointment process, individuals and teams with outstanding performance were selected. Awards include Flying Award (the most advanced student), Golden Star Award (the best student), Golden Goose Award (the best team), Golden Idea Award (the best creative course) and Golden Book Award (the best course). They try their best to pay as much as others. Then the course development certificate and lecturer's letter of appointment were issued. Each certified lecturer stepped onto the platform, solemnly accepted the letter of appointment and the exclusive badge of star-rated internal trainer from the company leaders, shouldered the heavy responsibility, became a glorious star-rated internal trainer, and contributed to the company's development and talent training!
20xx annual training work summary, achievement display and commendation appointment will be a complete success!
