The masses need to consult the housing provident fund policy business, put forward opinions and suggestions, or complain about the situation and put forward petitions, which can be put forward in the following ways:

4. Go to the business outlet window of our center. Please check the details of the outlets in the "Business outlets" column of the central website. Window service hours are: 9: 00 am-65438+2: 00 pm and 0:00-5:00 pm (excluding holidays) from Monday to Friday.

The department in charge of consultation, complaint and petition in our center is the Policy and Regulation Department (Law Enforcement Petition Department). Respond to the demands of the masses in a timely manner and give feedback according to the channels through which the masses put forward their demands.
