I. Scope of registration
The following four categories of personnel to the medical insurance designated retail pharmacies to buy antipyretic and cough drugs to implement the report registration:
1 and 14 days from high-risk areas in China;
2, 14 days have been to areas with high epidemic incidence in China;
3. Entry personnel;
4. Persons who have a close contact history with the above three types of personnel.
Second, the registration content
Patient's name, ID number, current address, contact telephone number, name and quantity of drugs purchased, patient's symptoms, information of medium and high risk areas, etc.
Third, the submission time.
Submitted from 202 1 1 15, with specific time requirements as follows:
Every day 16:00, the designated retail pharmacies of medical insurance will report the information of fever and cough drugs purchased that day to the regional medical insurance bureau.
Every day before 17:00, the medical insurance bureaus of all co-ordinate areas shall summarize the information and submit it to the local leading group for epidemic prevention and control and the medical insurance bureaus of districts and cities.
Every Monday 12:00, the medical insurance bureaus of all districts and cities will summarize the drug purchase situation of the designated retail pharmacies in the city last week and report it to the medical service management office of the provincial medical insurance bureau.
Fourth, the job requirements
All medical insurance designated retail pharmacies should grasp the situation in high-risk areas of the country in real time, carry out temperature measurement and bright code work for those who buy antipyretic and cough-relieving drugs, accurately register patient-related information, and complete the submission work as required. Actively publicize and explain the policy to drug buyers and guide patients to the hospital for medical treatment. For those who refuse to provide relevant information, antipyretics and cough medicines will not be sold for the time being.
Medical insurance agencies at all levels should improve the medical insurance information system in a timely manner, make overall use of big data and artificial intelligence technologies, and establish a direct information reporting mechanism. For the designated retail pharmacies of medical insurance that are not implemented in accordance with the regulations, they should be ordered to make corrections in time, and linked to the assessment of the annual medical insurance designated retail pharmacies agreement.
Medical insurance administrative departments at all levels should attach great importance to the work of registration report, and implement the special person responsible for submitting the work. Strengthen business guidance, supervision and inspection, ensure that information registration is complete and accurate, and submit relevant information as required. Follow up the control measures for those who buy antipyretics and cough medicines in designated retail pharmacies to realize closed-loop management of the whole process.
