Third, the meaning of 6S

1.SEIRI: On the job site, distinguish what is needed and what is not needed, only keep what is useful and remove what is not needed.

Objective: To make room for flexible use, prevent misuse and create a refreshing workplace.

2. Seton: Put the things to be used in order according to the designated position and manage them with signs.

Objective: The workplace should be clear at a glance, which can save the time of searching for articles, create a clean working environment and eliminate excessive backlog of articles.

3.SEISO: Keep the post clean and tidy, free of garbage and dust.

Objective: To stabilize quality and reduce work-related injuries.

4.SEIKETSU: Carry out sorting, rectification and cleaning to the end, institutionalize and standardize.

Objective: To create a clear scene and keep the above 3S achievements.

5. SHISUKE: Everyone must obey the rules.

Objective: To cultivate employees with good habits and rules, and create team spirit.

6. Safety: Pay attention to the safety education of employees, always have the concept of safety first, and prevent problems before they happen. ?

Objective: To establish a safe production environment, and all work should be based on safety.

Four. target

3. The area under personal responsibility must have clear boundaries, and it is not allowed to cross other people's areas.

4. The individual is fully responsible for the implementation of 6S in the responsible area, and the monitor is fully responsible for the implementation of 6S in the management area.

Seven. Implementation standard

1, area and identification

1) The area is clearly divided, and the area name and responsible person are clearly defined.

2) The area number on the shelf shall be accurate and firm.

3) The marks on the outer packing box must be clear and firm, and the names, specifications and quantities of the parts in the marks must be consistent with the physical objects in the box.

4) The high tag number must be attached to the lower right corner of the tray.

2, finishing

1) Floating objects (plastic wrap, bandages, etc. ) It is not allowed to be placed on the goods with high warehouse position.

2) Goods on the shelves shall be placed according to the following principles:

A, the goods of the same type or the same project are put together.

B, weight according to the order from heavy to light.

C, access frequency from more to less

3) The same part has only one incomplete package.

4) Damaged packages shall be repaired or replaced in time.

5) There shall be no sundries in the tray except for storing items.

6) Goods outside the area shall not be stored in the area.

7) There is no sundries in the fire area.

3. Rectification

1) Pallets occupied by goods in each area must be stacked in parallel and in the same direction, and shall not be arranged askew.

2) In principle, the goods stacked on the pallet are not allowed to exceed the pallet, and the goods should be stacked neatly and are not allowed to tilt.

3) The goods of the same kind on the same pallet should be packed together, and a box should be marked.

4) In wooden pallet, the part of the warehouse facing the channel above the first floor (inclusive) should partially exceed the shelf beam to ensure the balance of wooden pallet on the shelf.

5) All packages shall not be opened and placed, and the unpacked packages must be closed (tape).

6) The number of temporary materials in the channel is four in principle, and it is not allowed to exceed five. Temporary materials should be stacked at one end of the channel.

Step 4 clean

1) The stored goods are clean and free from dust and water stains.

2) There are no scattered parts and waste paper, packaging, tape and other rubbish on the ground.

3) Fire fighting equipment should be neat and clean.

5, clean

1) All tools on site must be located, managed by special personnel and cleaned and maintained on time.

6. Literacy

1) Work clothes and working caps are neatly dressed and meet the requirements of the company.

2) Abide by warehouse management rules and regulations.

3) Pay attention to saving electricity and water.

7. Safety

1) In addition to the relevant personnel in normal work contact, other idle personnel should be prevented from staying in the warehouse.

2) Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the warehouse.

3) The electrical appliances in the warehouse shall be operated in strict accordance with the usage specifications, and it is forbidden to connect wires and use electrical appliances without permission.

4) Before coming off work every day, carefully check whether the electrical appliances that need to be turned off are turned off and whether the warehouse door is locked.

5) Check the fire hydrant and fire extinguisher every week, and handle the problems immediately when found.

Eight. 6S test method

1, every Tuesday and Friday 16: 00, the 6S team checks the 6s situation in the warehouse. See the attached table for the list.

2. After the inspection, publish the inspection results (summarize the inspection results of the inspectors).

3. Each department gives improvement measures and time according to the problems.

4. Each department shall inspect the management area according to the checklist every day, and record the inspection results.
