Check whether the door is scratched and deformed, whether the door leaf is tightly closed, whether the lock is good or bad, whether the hinge is locked, whether the mounting screws are missing, whether the door frame is deformed, whether the door leaf is installed with gaps, the combination of the door leaf and the door frame, and whether the sealing strip is missing.
Whether there are serious scratches on the window glass, whether the sealing strip falls off, whether the wind strut is missing and easy to use, whether there are sundries and water drops between the double-layer glass, whether the sealant is sealed, whether the height and installation of the fence are firm, and whether the sash and window frame are closed tightly.
Check whether the hardware fittings at the front end of the floor heating and radiator system are missing, whether the bolts are loose, whether the pressure gauge has a constant pressure value, and whether the radiator has an equipotential connection line.
Check the flatness and verticality of the wall and the ground, and check whether there are big cracks, empty drums, dust explosion and sand. The error of 2-meter guide rule and feeler gauge for flatness should be 4mm, and there is no big irregular crack.
Check whether the cable TV of network cable and telephone line is laid in place, whether the threading pipe has a protective port, whether the phase sequence of the electric plug in the box is correct, whether the distribution box is marked, the diameter of the power cord, the air conditioner 16A socket and the leakage protection are effective.
Whether the toilet flue is unobstructed, whether the wall is empty, whether the angle of yin and yang is vertical, whether the sewer pipe is damaged, whether the equipotential line is connected, the installation of fire-retardant ring, and whether there is a waterproof water storage test.
