Put it in D, and leave the rest alone. Step on the brakes and stop. There is no need to refuel at the traffic lights. Just release the brakes and walk slowly. Much better than manual operation. Your right foot is ready to brake at any time.

You don't have to hurry to put in gear, step on the clutch, and it's easy to go uphill. Just remember not to release the brakes when you stop temporarily. If you stop for a long time, you still have to put on P gear.

If you wait for the red light for a long time, some cars will slightly shake when they step on the brakes in D gear, then the light can be hung in N gear for a long time, and the countdown will end in D gear.
