1. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of safety standardization and safety management level of Nantong machinery enterprises.
Safety management of machinery enterprises refers to the overall safety management of machinery enterprises.
2. Enterprises participating in the standardized grade evaluation of safety management of machinery enterprises should conduct self-evaluation against the safety management evaluation table.
3. Mechanical enterprise safety standardization safety management is divided into seven evaluation categories, and there are evaluation items under the evaluation category, such as Table A. Give standard scores to the evaluation items, evaluate the evaluation items according to the evaluation contents and methods, and judge the actual evaluation scores of each evaluation item. 4. The standardized safety management standard of machinery enterprises is divided into 100, and the evaluation score is 100. According to the actual score, the standardization level of safety management in machinery enterprises is divided into three grades. Four, safety production investment and safety facilities "three simultaneous"

2. The "three simultaneities" of safety facilities of new construction, renovation and expansion projects shall:

(2) The design, evaluation and construction units of the project shall have corresponding qualifications;
(3) Investment in safety facilities should be included in the budgetary estimate of construction projects.
(4) The safety facilities shall meet the safety design requirements, and the change of safety facilities shall be subject to the written consent of the original design unit.
(5) If the storage facilities of dangerous goods in an enterprise reach Class I or II storage facilities, or if the enterprise uses highly toxic chemicals, a special safety assessment shall be conducted.
(6) After the safety facilities are completed and accepted, they can be put into use. Consult the relevant design data, drawings and technical documents of the enterprise.
