2. Article 5 After training and examination, traffic policemen may apply summary procedures to deal with road traffic accidents. Handling personal injury accidents shall be presided over by traffic police with primary or above road traffic accident handling qualifications. Deaths should be handled by traffic policemen with intermediate or above road traffic accident handling qualifications.
