Competition method
(1) Conforming to the latest track and field competition rules and current marathon competition rules approved by China Athletics Association.
(2) Competition sign-in: College students and mass players must wear the number cloth of this competition correctly and arrive at the designated area to sign in at least 60 minutes before the competition. Invited athletes must be 30 years old before the competition.
Check in at Chufengyuan check-in area in minutes.
(3) Starting sequence: The starting sequence is postponed in the order of college students' half marathon, public half marathon, college students' mini marathon and public mini marathon, and the distance between regions is10m.
(4) Order: One shot starts at the same time.
(5) Timing method
1, this competition is timed by induction net, and the induction timing chip will start timing when the players pass the starting point;
2. The Organizing Committee provides induction timing service for all runners who participate in the half marathon, and has induction timing belts at the starting point, 10 km and the finishing point. During running, runners must pass through all ground-induced synchronous belts in each event. Those who finish the competition within the deadline, but lack any time point, will not be ranked;
3. One-time induction timing chip is used in this competition, and chip deposit is not charged. The timing chip will be distributed at the same time as the number cloth at the collection site of the entries.
(6) Closing position and time:
In order to ensure the safe and smooth competition of the contestants, social traffic will be closed for a limited time. During the competition, each section of the competition route has a special closing time. After the closing time, the time blanket at the corresponding kilometer stops working, and the corresponding road section resumes social traffic. Within the specified closing time, competitors who have not completed the corresponding distance must immediately stop the race and quit the track to avoid danger. Retired athletes can take the bus provided by the organizing Committee or choose to take public transportation to reach the corresponding project destination. The closing time is calculated according to natural time, as shown in the following table:
(7) Get clothes
Half-marathon runners store clothes in the designated area at the starting point according to the number segment. When you arrive at the finish line, please go to the designated area to get the same size clothes. Don't store valuables (such as mobile phones, valid certificates, cash, keys, credit cards, electronic products, etc.) in your bag. ). In case of damage or loss, all consequences shall be borne by the player. On the day of the competition, the clothes storage at the starting point will end at 8: 10. Please make good arrangements. Half-marathon runners will collect their personal belongings at the locker designated by the finish line before 12:00 on the day of the race. If the clothes are not stored according to the time, place and method specified by the organizing Committee, the organizing Committee will not be responsible for the loss of the clothes storage bag.

(9) Bathroom environmental protection
1. The Organizing Committee has set up mobile toilets at the starting point and the finishing point, and the toilets along the competition track are all 5A-level toilets in the scenic spot;
2. In order to protect the environment, players are not allowed to urinate anywhere at the beginning and end of the competition and in non-toilet areas along the way. Don't throw away any wrapping paper, bottles and garbage at will, and try to put them in the trash cans and garbage bags set up by the organizing Committee.

1. The Organizing Committee will set up fixed medical points at the starting point, along the way (every 2.5 kilometers along the marathon route) and at the end point;
2. The Organizing Committee will provide AED medical rescue services for the contestants during the competition, and arrange a certain number of doctors and runners to assist in the rescue;
3. The Organizing Committee will set up medical service points and medical service volunteers along the track to maintain the order of the competition and assist in the rescue, and the contestants can ask them for help at any time.

Incentive method
(1) The ranking prize is only awarded to college students, and the top eight players will be ranked according to the competition timing results:

The above rewards are ranked according to the scores of gunshots. If there is any problem in the doping test, the athlete's ranking will be cancelled and the ranking will not increase.

(5) The Organizing Committee will provide all the contestants with team uniforms, bags, numbered cloth and the official handbook of the 20 18 East Lake Greenway (Wuhan) University Marathon, and provide half marathon timing chips.
(6) Players who complete the competition according to the regulations during the closing time can receive the finished items and medals.
(7) Players who finish the game within the closing time can end the game.
After 24 hours, log in to official website to check the results and print the certificate. The certificate includes subsection integral, gun and fire integral and net time integral. If the score of any induction timing point is missing, it will not be ranked.
(8) Players who finish the competition within the deadline can log in to official website 24 hours after the competition to check the results and print the certificate. Punishment method
The organizing committee will conduct video surveillance on the starting point, the whole route and the end point. In case of any of the following problems during the competition, the organizing committee will give the contestants disqualification, suspension 1-2 years, life suspension and other penalties depending on the seriousness, and report to the Chinese Athletics Association for additional penalties:
1, sign up with a fake age or a fake identity;
2. Participants carry other people's timing chips or one player carries two or more timing chips at the same time to participate in the competition (including male players carrying female players' chips);
3. Finish the race through relay running;
4. Departure in non-designated areas without the prescribed departure order;
5. There were violations from the beginning;
6. Do not listen to dissuasion after closing time, do not stop the race, or insert into the track after retiring;
7. Failing to finish the whole course of the declared project according to the prescribed route, making use of means of transportation to bypass or cut in line halfway;
8. Failing to cross the finish line many times as required, crossing the finish line privately without running the whole course, using other item number cloth or wearing number cloth and this competition chip to receive the finished items and medals;
