Fifteenth supervision units shall carry out supervision in accordance with the requirements of civil building energy-saving standards, construction drawings and design documents and supervision norms that have passed the examination. After the completion of the project, the supervision unit shall issue a quality evaluation report on the building energy-saving project.
Supervision units shall take measures to stop the use of technologies, processes, equipment, materials and products listed in the national prohibition list, and arbitrarily change the energy-saving design of buildings; Stop invalid, it shall promptly report to the construction unit, and report to the construction administrative department.
