Establish classroom rules and guide students' self-discipline.
To make the information technology classroom a democratic, orderly and harmonious classroom, firstly, teachers should combine the characteristics of the information technology classroom, establish classroom rules and regulations and implementation plans, and constantly guide students from heteronomy to self-discipline.
Classroom rules and regulations and implementation plans should clearly stipulate the following three aspects:
1, the rules that students must abide by;
2. What positive recognition will students get if they abide by the regulations?
3. Consequences of non-compliance.
In guiding students from heteronomy to self-discipline and preventing some bad behaviors, we can start from the following aspects:
1. Establish a clear code of conduct and distribute it to every student in writing;
2. Establish a complete disciplinary ladder and clearly describe possible corrective measures;
3. Constantly guide students to self-management and self-discipline, praise students who have made progress in time, patiently teach students who have not played well, and never give up;
4. Pay attention to students' success and failure in learning;
Teachers play a leading role among students and set an example of self-discipline. For example, when students are operating on the computer, teachers should patrol more and help more, don't surf the Internet, and don't do things unrelated to teaching.
In the rule-based information technology classroom management, teachers should show humanistic care to students, try to make students not violate the rules and regulations in the classroom, and make the classroom a stage for communication and interaction between teachers and students and between students.
