Waiting conditions for public rental housing
(1) The applicant is over 18 years old and has a household registration in Shenzhen, but residents who have taken refuge in their children to obtain a household registration in Shenzhen cannot be regarded as applicants. If the applicant has formed a family, it shall apply for waiting for public rental housing on a family basis. The spouse and minor children of the applicant with Shenzhen household registration or Shenzhen residence permit for one year are listed as * * * relationship with the applicant; The parents and adult children of the applicant (spouse) with Shenzhen household registration can be the same as the applicant (at least one parent has a deep household), but they may not enjoy any other preferential housing security policies in Shenzhen repeatedly during the lease period;
(2) If the applicant's spouse is an active serviceman, it is not limited by the household registration and the time limit for holding the Shenzhen Residence Permit. If the adult children of the applicant move out of Shenzhen because of military service or attending full-time schools, they are deemed to have Shenzhen household registration. If the applicant's minor children move out of Shenzhen for schooling, they are deemed to have Shenzhen household registration;
(3) Applicants who have participated in social insurance (endowment insurance or medical insurance, excluding children's medical insurance, the same below) in Shenzhen for more than 3 years. If the applicant has a bachelor's degree or above or an intermediate title, the accumulated payment for participating in social insurance in Shenzhen has exceeded 1 year; The applicant, * * and the applicant belong to the Disabled Persons' Federation and are recognized as disabled persons of Grade I, II, III and IV, or are recognized as special recipients of pensions and subsidies by the civil affairs departments, and are not subject to the time limit for paying social insurance;
(4) The applicant and his/her spouse, minor children or other * * * applicants (and their spouses) have not owned any form of self-owned housing (including housing construction land) in Shenzhen, have not received housing subsidies, and have not transferred their own housing or separated due to divorce within three years before the application acceptance date;
(5) The applicant and his spouse, minor children or other applicants (and their spouses) have never rented any form of affordable housing (including low-rent housing and public rental housing) in Shenzhen. Those who are receiving rental monetary subsidies in Shenzhen can apply for waiting for public rental housing in accordance with these measures. Those who are already housing candidates and rent public rental housing will stop enjoying rental monetary subsidies. During the lease subsidy period, those who rent public rental housing shall return the corresponding subsidies, except those who enjoy low-rent security subsidies.

(2) Supplementary materials
1. For adopted children, submit relevant certificates issued by the civil affairs department, and for families who have lost their children, submit the one-child certificate and relevant supporting materials;
