The first step is how to find a relative or friend who can live abroad and is really willing to help you find a dog (preferably a dog) in a distant kennel abroad. This is a very important matter. Many dog friends called me and asked: Can I bring my dog back to China by traveling abroad? Or contact foreign kennels directly through the internet and remit money to let the other party send the dog directly to China. I am here to reply: Don't be so naive.
Step 2, book a puppy; Although foreign kennels are relatively standardized, we still have to shop around, depending on the size of the kennel, the identity of parents, the age, coat color and size of the puppy (because many countries stipulate that puppies within four months are not allowed to be exported, and if you want to bring puppies within two months back to China, you have to find a pet doctor privately to change the date of birth, but many foreign doctors refuse to cheat), and this time I met such an upright pet doctor in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The third step, how to apply for documents, most foreign kennels can help you apply for the puppy's pedigree certificate, but I don't know how to apply for the export health certificate and the official quarantine certificate. Then it is a tedious and necessary thing to entrust an experienced pet shop abroad or ask relatives and friends to consult the local agriculture and animal husbandry management department. But the cost of applying for a permit is not very high.
Step 4: Book a plane ticket to return to China.
This step determines whether your dog can get on the plane smoothly and go home safely through quarantine. When booking a return ticket, you must explain to the airline that you will bring the dog randomly, otherwise you may refuse to carry it because the cargo hold is full. At that time, people and dogs were all over the world, and you could only cry. Dogs need to prepare a special aviation cage before boarding the plane (it is recommended to buy it in China, the price of foreign aviation cages is amazing, and the price of 1 dog cage is nearly 2000 RMB, can you believe it). When buying a pet cage, install a water container to prevent the dog from being dehydrated by long-distance air transportation. Remember to put ice cubes in the water container instead of water, so that it is not easy to spill during transportation.
There are many airports in big cities in China that can handle animal quarantine. Most of them are quarantined for 30 days, and the cost is more than 2,000 yuan. Although there are rumors that you can find someone to spend money to go through customs directly, it is risky and expensive, and it is not recommended.
There are many details in the introduction, but only a few words, none of which are clear. Please forgive me.
