What qualifications do you need to increase labor dispatch when the business scope of an enterprise changes?

Apply to the local labor and social security bureau for the qualification certificate of labor dispatch.

To apply for the Qualification Certificate of Labor Dispatch, the following materials shall be issued:

(1) Application report for starting a labor dispatch agency;

(two) the feasibility report and implementation plan for the establishment of labor dispatch agencies;

(3) Articles of association and relevant rules and regulations of the labor dispatch organization;

(4) A copy of the certificate of office space (contract, lease agreement, property right certificate);

(5) A copy of the letter of appointment and ID card of the legal representative;

(six) the name pre-approval notice approved by the administrative department for Industry and commerce.
