Access conditions for "three difficulties" resettlement
Unemployed persons who meet one of the following asylum conditions and have a legally stable residence in the refuge may apply for registration of permanent residence in the legally stable residence in the refuge:
(1) The spouse who has taken refuge has a permanent residence in the main urban area and has been married for 2 years, or the spouse who has taken refuge has a permanent residence in the new urban area and has been married for 1 year, or the spouse who has taken refuge has a permanent residence in the new urban area (if both husband and wife have jobs that meet the above-mentioned conditions for unemployed couples to take refuge, submit employment certificates and apply according to the procedures for examination and approval of unemployed people);
(two) minor children who take refuge, one of their parents has a permanent residence in our city, or their grandparents have a permanent residence in our city because their parents are active servicemen;
(III) Minor children whose parents are both dead can take refuge in guardians with permanent residence in our city (their legal guardians are only grandparents as stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 16 of the General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and brothers and sisters as stipulated in the second paragraph);
(4) Parents who have no children around them can apply for 1 unemployed unmarried children to take refuge;
(5) The children who have taken refuge have permanent residence in the main city or the new city, and the residence has been more than 5 years, the parents who have taken refuge have reached the age of 130, or the single father or single mother has reached the age of 65 or 60; And the asylum seeker has no children in cities other than municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities or cities under separate state planning;
(6) The children who have taken refuge in the new district have permanent residence, the parents who have taken refuge in the new district are over 130 years old, or the single father who has taken refuge in the new district is over 65 years old and the single mother is over 60 years old; And the asylum seeker has no children in cities other than municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities or cities under separate state planning;
(seven) to apply for settlement, the refuge must have a legally stable residence and be consistent with my household registration, otherwise it will not be settled;
(8) Because the refuge person has no legally stable residence, he lives with his parents and children, and the parents and children have obtained the legal ownership or use right of the stable residence, and the ownership of the house is undisputed, it can be regarded as having a legally stable residence.
Meet the above access conditions, you can apply to the local police station where the refuge is located, and the district, city and county public security (sub-bureau) will approve it.
