The feasibility study report includes the following contents:

6. The site selection report includes the following contents:

4. Coverage and construction area;

5. Location map and architectural design plan.

(2) Individuals applying for opening a clinic must pass the examination of doctors' professional skills, have been engaged in clinical work in the same profession for more than 5 years in a first-class and above hospital, and have a local hukou.

(3) A medical institution jointly applied by two or more legal persons or organizations and a medical institution jointly applied by two or more individuals shall submit a notarized agreement signed by all parties in addition to the application for establishment, feasibility study report and site selection report.

The management counterpart shall submit the Approval Letter for Setting up a Medical Institution to the local Municipal Health Bureau, which shall report it to the health bureau at the next higher level for approval.
