According to international practice, the project is invested, constructed and operated by BOT, with a total investment of about 654.38+0.2 billion yuan and an operation period of 25 years. Among them, China Railway Construction Corporation and China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. contributed 36 million yuan, accounting for 90% of the registered capital.
On February 16, 2003, Hu, deputy general manager of China Railway Construction Group Corporation, Yu Wenzhong, chairman of China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Wang Sanren, general manager of Xianyang Urban Construction Investment Company, solemnly signed the joint venture construction contract for the third Weihe Bridge, which officially kicked off the development of China Railway Construction and Xianyang.

In the engineering design of this project, the Third Weihe Bridge is located in the west of Xianyang City, connecting century avenue and Huxian Road in the south and Xibao North Line and Central Line in the north, mainly diverting the transit traffic of Xibao North Line and Central Line. Total length1889.98m, including 884.3m bridge, designed speed of 60km/h, total bridge deck width of 28m, and designed traffic capacity of 35,000 vehicles/day.
