2. The applicant shall go to the subdistrict office or the Township People's Government where the household registration is located to receive the Application Form for Nanning Affordable Housing, and the accepting unit shall accept the application and issue an acceptance receipt.
3. The accepting unit will complete the preliminary examination within 15 working days and publicize it for 5 days. During the publicity period, if there is no objection or no objection is established, the street or township government will send the application materials to the district civil affairs department, which will review the applicant's family situation within 15 working days, put forward the audit opinions, and send the materials to the urban housing security department.
4. The urban security department shall review the materials and the applicant's real estate within 5 working days, sign the qualified opinions, and send the materials to the Nanning affordable housing qualification examination management center. After passing the examination, the applicant will be issued with the qualification certificate of Nanjing affordable housing quasi-purchase.
