Jiaxing Public Resource Trading Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center), formerly known as Jiaxing Bidding Center, was established in 2004. 2. The main responsibilities of Jiaxing Bidding Office are:
(a) to accept and publish all kinds of bidding and purchasing transaction information according to law;
(two) to verify the qualifications of both parties to the transaction and the intermediary institutions;
(three) in accordance with the standardized procedures to organize the implementation of various types of bidding and purchasing, property rights transfer and other trading activities;
(four) management, maintenance and use of the evaluation expert database;
(five) to collect and publish policies and regulations on public resources trading, and to establish an information network for bidders, suppliers, intermediaries and commercial prices;
