Where the body dreams of the house, there is no illusion. Knowing illusion means leaving, and leaving illusion means feeling.

The images, sounds, tastes and touches produced by the eyes, ears, nose and tongue are all illusions. When light, sound, fragrance, touch, physical and mental feelings, delusions and ignorant desires come, you are clearly aware of them and know that this feeling is an illusion. Keep me informed. Don't be tempted by good feelings, don't resist bad feelings, don't follow, don't accept, don't give up. What happened to Liu Chen has nothing to do with you. Break up with them. Don't rob feelings because of love, and don't be caught by feelings. Don't resist feelings because you hate them. Let everything go with the flow, don't control them, get used to this nature. Whether it is pain or happiness, or tinnitus, I feel them quietly and keep everything I know in my heart. Gradually, everything is blurred, no longer important, like hypnosis, only what you know in your heart. You will get lost in this mobile phone movie. Usually, when your toes give you a feeling of itching, numbness and cold, you are used to immediately focusing all your attention on your toes to feel and twitch all over. This is taking illusion as truth. It's changed now. When your toes give you a feeling, you treat it as an illusion, ignore stepping on it, and don't make any physical and mental reaction. When delusion comes, let it happen and disappear naturally, just keep your perception of it and let me know. Get rid of their habitual possession. You can be aware of what is happening in your body and mind (countless actions, feelings, thoughts, emotions and physical and mental processes), but no illusion can tempt you to be excited and serious, leading to the interruption of awareness and I know. Don't think it's easy. We have a deep-rooted habit of taking illusion as truth. If you drop a cup behind you, your heart will fly immediately and blend in with the sound. You will think of the sound as yourself, and you can also observe your body from the position of the sound and move around with the sound. When my brain is alert, my heart goes back to my brain to think about it. When I found that I knew it was interrupted, I ran back to my chest to continue my consciousness. If there is a machine that can send pain signals to your nerves, you will die of pain alive without any damage to your body. Our brain can not only receive pain signals, but also block all signals. Meditation is like practicing active sleep, while disenchantment is like practicing blocking nerve signals. In order to get rid of illusion, we should constantly improve the depth, speed, clarity and acuity of awareness (Araya's knowledge), change the bad habit of thinking without beginning and not keeping what I know (Araya), train the true side of the heart, and make the eyes, ears, tongue, body and heart produced by thinking more pure, so as not to be mixed with desires and hearts. Modern science has found that people's visual function is mainly a thinking process, and a small part is a physiological process. The Buddha also told us that seeing takes four thinking processes. When you are looking at something, you are actually thinking constantly. You can't turn off the auditory nerve, because your heart is constantly moving, and the subtle heart movement never stops, only for a while when you are in deep sleep. When you constantly let the heart play the function of awareness, the heart has no energy to play with thinking. When the concentration of awareness reaches the first meditation, your heart is left to seek thinking, wait for thinking, and take pleasure in your heart. The second meditation left only joy. Three Zen only has joy. During the fourth Zen, the chaotic action of the heart stopped and the flow of the heart was interrupted, so there was no sound, only one-sided mind. But thoughts and feelings will only disappear completely when you enter extinction. Therefore, the four thoughts of Mahayana and Mahayana Jue Yuan Sutra are actually the same thing, but in different angles and in different order. Hinayana is talking about not giving up, Mahayana is talking about getting rid of the illusion, as an illusion, you don't give up, like deepening the experience. Many people read the Diamond Sutra and think that keeping mindfulness can subdue their hearts. This mindfulness, which they don't know, actually refers to the four mindfulness, keeping awareness of empathy. Greed, worry, fear, etc. It is all caused by the movement of the heart on a certain track and the building of a house (heart). Maintaining a high level of awareness can increase your heart rate and help you catch your inner sneaky actions. When it wants to create emotions such as worry, fear, anger and delusion, you get stolen goods. The Heart Sutra is teaching us that thinking and action are bitter and impermanent, and we need to practice the certificate with four thoughts instead of simply reciting. Consciousness, like exercising muscles and nerves, needs long-term cultivation and growth to strengthen Araille's cognitive ability. No matter what you are doing or what happens, keeping what I know is to improve the stability of Araya and let your heart be the master. This habit is the most uncomfortable when you change. Let me know when you get used to it. You will remember more dreams, or you will not dream. I know that I am dreaming in my dream, I know that I am sleeping when I sleep, I know my body reaction when I wake up, and I feel the power of waking up when a feeling spreads from my chest to my brain. It is easy to keep calm when you know it, and to separate the false self that is painful because of feelings from the self that is painful but not painful when you know it. In this way, you will no longer recognize the false self, the one who is painful and happy with feelings, and believe that it will never hurt, be tired, move, have nothing and never create dust. There has never been a greedy true self. -I know. As your own master. Perception is the function of the master's knowledge part. Practicing it will make you sharp and realize that feelings are bitter and impermanent (it is easier to understand with the knowledge of Araya and Araya). Because of your keen sense, you will find that the moment the light touches your eyes, pain and suffering will happen. What you think of as constant pain or happiness is actually just a collection of a lot of feelings, which is completely uncontrollable. They suddenly change from joy to pain, pounding your nerves at a very fast speed, making you mistakenly think that they are unchanged. If you understand that feelings are uncontrollable, you will stop clinging to your physical feelings and look for other things that are true to you. These are not believed by ordinary people with weak feelings. The past, the present and the future are hard to get, and everyone will watch it, but they can't do it. In fact, our brains, thoughts, physical and mental feelings and bodies are all fully automatic intelligent machines. You can't control them, but we all think we can. They are dominated by nature and follow the laws of nature and the times. Think without thinking. If you want to be happy, it will give you pain. If you don't want to get sick, it will get old and die. We regard them as a part of ourselves and have a strong sense of self. In fact, you just borrowed them. The only thing in this world that is completely under your control is my heart that knows what is happening at the moment and the heart that it can perceive. The training of spiritual knowledge is to improve its depth and speed, and help you cut in between two ideas at a very fast speed, so as to discover the initial consciousness. All Buddhism is to cultivate the realm of knowing and feeling only! Actually, I don't like the word consciousness. It is easy to be attached to conscious thinking. I found a very good word, called investigation.
