So what exactly is internet plus? I went to Baidu to search, and most of the results were put forward by the Premier at the two sessions, and I also pointed out that "internet plus" has been at the height of national strategy. What does this explanation mean? My understanding is that, first, the "internet plus" is already a national policy, and its implementation and enforcement will be promoted by relevant departments; Second, "internet plus" is a methodology, and all sectors of society should use this methodology to guide the transformation and upgrading of tens of millions of China enterprises in the future; Thirdly, "internet plus" has a strong sense of mission and must be implemented and promoted.
Try to define "internet plus"
What I said behind my back was the author's one-sided or imprecise interpretation of the policy. Perhaps government officials at all levels will have a deeper understanding of "internet plus" politically. Viagra certainly doesn't interpret policies for everyone, but it still talks about "internet plus" from the perspective of Internet and business. Throughout the development history of the Internet, from the birth of the Internet to the era of 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, all Internet business models are "Internet plus traditional business". 1.0 era is Internet plus information, 2.0 era is Internet plus transactions, and 3.0 era is Internet plus integrated services. Internet technology is constantly innovating, and the business model is not only innovative, but also unchangeable. It has always followed the model of "Internet plus 360 lines". From this point of view, "internet plus" is the process that the Internet integrates traditional business and transforms it into a new business model with Internet attributes.
For decades, "internet plus" has transformed and influenced many industries. At present, e-commerce, internet finance, online travel, online film and television, online real estate and other industries that are well known to the public are all representative works of internet plus. This model has stood the test of time, and there are many examples to prove its feasibility. Therefore, it is very reliable for the government to take the lead in setting up this project to promote and urge all sectors of society to implement it, and it will also improve people's livelihood in the future, which is in line with the major policy of the sustainable development strategy.
Several meanings of "internet plus"
At present, "deconstruction" is very popular, whether it is business, industry, film or music, it will be completely new because of deconstruction, and at the same time, it can also make people see through some of its essential things. To put it bluntly, it is to explain a word or a thing in a more understandable language, dig out its connotation and show it to users. Internet thinking+
The first connotation of "internet plus" is "Internet thinking+". The first step for traditional enterprises to integrate into "internet plus" is to understand the Internet, so understanding Internet thinking is a basic start. What is Internet thinking? In the long-term development of internet business model, many internet companies have accumulated a large number of cases and data, which is enough for them to sum up a set of methodologies suitable for their own development. This methodology can be regarded as Internet thinking. Internet thinking is summed up by internet companies, which is more suitable for online business model, so it is not suitable for offline operation of traditional enterprises. "internet plus" requires traditional enterprises to understand Internet thinking first, and then explore new business models in combination with the actual situation.
Typical Internet thinking includes Lei Jun's seven-character formula of "concentration, extreme, reputation and quickness", as well as other Internet thinking such as ecological thinking, platform thinking, free thinking and cross-border thinking. It is these rich Internet thinking that constitute a wide variety of Internet business models. Internet thinking is like the standardized process of catering enterprises, which is characterized by rapid replication. However, Internet thinking is not everything. At present, more so-called "diaosi, fans, iteration" and other Internet thinking are based on product operation, commercial marketing and user service, and are not the concrete embodiment of business model.
Internet channel+
In the eyes of some Internet people, the Internet is a tool, and Viagra agrees with this view. Just like age of steam and the electric power era before, these tools liberated more labor and engaged in more work, which brought greater convenience to production and life. As a tool, the great contribution of the Internet is that after the arrival of the Internet 2.0 era, the Internet has become a new channel for business marketing and trading. This channel is the same as other offline channels, but it is more efficient. Online payment makes it easier to buy goods, and there are more kinds of goods online. What's important is that the internet channel has increased the market of merchants by more than ten times, completely breaking through the concept of region, and it is also possible to sell goods to further places without a regional agency mechanism.
Internet plus's business model is successful, because the Internet has created a new marketing and supply channel in business. With this channel, all transactions are not a problem. Theoretically, any commodity in any industry can be traded online. Since the birth of e-commerce, basically all the goods you see have been put into online shopping malls. Therefore, when discussing "internet plus", we should study the attribute of "Internet channel+". Whether B2B or B2C, channels are an important part of Internet transactions.
Internet platform (ecology)+
The Internet has developed into the era of 3.0 and entered the era of comprehensive services in internet plus. In addition to a particularly large market, large-scale online merchants have despaired of those industries that are not big enough, but a large number of industries need Internet services. Big businesses simply make a website that only serves sellers and buyers, but they are not engaged in this industry. This is the main platform we have seen so far. E-commerce platform, logistics platform, social platform, advertising platform and other platforms are available. Later, these platforms began to be vertically subdivided, and more professional platforms such as beauty, fresh food, alcohol and footwear appeared. The essence is e-commerce, integrating social, logistics, marketing and other tools, providing maximum services for buyers and sellers, and earning service fees by profit model.
These platforms are getting bigger and bigger, and they are not limited to their own industries. They attracted more technologies and service providers through the platform and started cross-border development. For example, social platforms can do games, e-commerce and hardware, and e-commerce platforms can also do literature, movies and sports. These platforms will do almost all kinds of hot industries that can be seen at present, and some seemingly unrelated businesses have also been included in their strategic development needs. The way to achieve this goal is through cooperation with other enterprises and mergers and acquisitions. What they can do, what they can't do or don't want to do are all handed over to others, thus forming an internet ecology similar to the natural ecology with the value chain.
Traditional enterprises can be integrated into the "internet plus". On the one hand, they can make their own platforms or ecology; on the other hand, they can join a platform or ecology in the early stage, sitting on those platforms that they are unwilling or unwilling to do, and realize the initial transformation of enterprises through platforms and ecological strategies. The platform will provide enough help and support for enterprises, which is probably the only way for traditional enterprises to transform in the future. Most enterprises will choose to walk on two legs, one is platform and ecology, and the other is enterprise's own exploration to avoid the risk of unsuccessful transformation.

For "Internet of Everything+",this can also be called "Internet of Things+". Although intelligent hardware and Internet of Things are everywhere now, there is still a long way to go to realize the real "Internet of Everything+",that is, the future "internet plus" form. The "internet plus" was put forward precisely because the future will be an era in which everything is connected, from commerce to things, to people and things. This will lead to more business models and the ultimate goal of "internet plus". Because at that time, commerce and enterprises were no longer online and offline, the whole society was in a state of "great unity", there would be no so-called enterprise transformation, and "internet plus" had completed its mission. I won't go into details about the future "internet plus" here, but I will describe it in another article.
How to understand "+"
Apart from deconstructing the Internet part of internet plus, here is also a brief talk about "+". This "+"can be regarded as connection and integration, and all parts between the Internet and traditional enterprises are included in this "+". There will be the government's promotion, support and supervision of the internet plus, the services of enterprise transformation service providers, the constant visits of Internet enterprises to traditional enterprises, the uninterrupted discussions between traditional enterprises and Internet enterprises, and the various devices, technologies and modes connected by wire and offline. If you look through the information, there will be more content in it. In short, this "+"is policy connection, technology connection, talent connection and service connection, and finally realizes the docking and matching between Internet enterprises and traditional enterprises, thus helping to complete the historical mission of mutual integration.
Technically, "+"may refer to wireless networks such as WiFi and 4G, LBS of mobile Internet, various sensing technologies in sensors, online and offline connection in O2O, thousand yuan consumption in scene consumption, human-computer interaction in artificial intelligence, remote printing technology in 3D printing, industrial robots in production workshops, and intelligent factories, intelligent production and intelligent logistics in Industry 4.0. I won't list them here, and there will be more updated technologies to serve internet plus in the future.
