The relevant requirements of the Publishing Business License stipulate that:
1. Where a publication import business entity changes its name, business scope, capital structure, organizer or competent authority, or merges, divides or establishes a branch, it shall go through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 42 and 43 of these Regulations, and go through the corresponding registration procedures with the administrative department for industry and commerce with the approval documents.
2. Publications imported by publication import business units shall not contain the contents prohibited by Articles 25 and 26 of these Regulations. The publication import business unit is responsible for the content review of the publications it imports. The publishing administrative department of the people's government at or above the provincial level may directly examine the contents of publications imported by the publication import business units.
3.
