Reservation information Since March 6, 2020, Beijing Metro has started to make reservations at Tiantongyuan Station and changping line Shahe Station of Metro Line 5 at 6:30-9:30 in the morning rush hour on weekdays.
Passengers can make an appointment by mobile phone. In the morning rush hour of the above two stations, after the reservation is successful, you can quickly enter the station through the special reservation channel.
It should be noted that the way to make an appointment to enter the station is voluntary, and passengers can freely choose whether to make an appointment. Passengers who have not made an appointment can still take the regular channel to enter the station according to the original way of entering the station.

When passengers enter the reservation system for the first time, they need to register and log in with their mobile phone number, and only one account can be registered with a mobile phone number. Users who use Easy Pass APP can log in directly without registering an Easy Pass account.
Step 2 make an appointment
After registration, passengers can choose the reservation station first and then the reservation period. At present, the appointment cycle is every 10 minute. If there are spare reservation places at this time, you can click on the reservation. If the time slot is full, passengers can choose other time slots to make an appointment. Each account can only make an appointment at the same site once a day.
How to enter the station to reserve the channel position:
The reservation channel of Tiantongyuan Station on Line 5 is located at Exit B.
The reserved passage of Shahe Station in changping line is located at A2.
Booked passengers arrive at the station at the appointed time, take the initiative to show the station QR code at the entrance of the reservation channel, scan the code for verification, and quickly enter the station through the reservation channel after verification. If the verification fails or does not accept the verification, the station staff may refuse to enter the reservation channel.
If passengers arrive earlier or later than the agreed time period, the QR code of the station will not pass the verification. In order to ensure a smooth pit stop, passengers are also requested to arrive at the station according to the agreed time and prepare the QR code in advance for inspection.
Passengers who cannot enter the station according to the scheduled time, please cancel in the reservation system before the scheduled time expires. If the account is not closed within the time limit, the system will record the account closing once. In order to avoid affecting the reservation function due to multiple cancellations, please consciously abide by the agreement.
