Article 1 In order to standardize enrollment, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and ensure the openness, fairness, justice, standardization and order of school enrollment, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), combined with the actual situation of talent training in our school.

Article 5 The enrollment work of a school shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school and the superior competent department. At the same time, we welcome the supervision of candidates, parents, news media and all walks of life.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 6 A school shall set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment work, comprehensively strengthen its leadership over enrollment work, study and formulate its enrollment policies and plans, make decisions on major issues, and be responsible for monitoring the enrollment process to ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of enrollment work.
Article 7 The Admissions and Employment Office is the functional department of the school, which is specifically responsible for the enrollment work at the undergraduate level of the school. Its main responsibilities are:
(a) the implementation of national enrollment policies, regulations and the relevant provisions of this province, the implementation details of the school.

(three) responsible for the preparation and printing of enrollment publicity materials, to carry out enrollment publicity and consultation work, to introduce the school situation and admission rules to candidates and parents.

(six) responsible for the statistical analysis and reporting of all kinds of data of freshmen, and drafting the annual work plan and summary.

Chapter III Access Rules
Article 8 School admission adopts computer online remote admission.
Article 9 The requirements for the physical health admission of candidates of all majors in the school shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in the Standards and Requirements for Political Examination, Interview and Physical Examination in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the Army, the Public Security, the Public Security in Active Service and the Judicial Colleges.
Article 10 For candidates who need to be assigned majors, the school will assign majors to candidates in the order of high and low scores, including Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. For candidates with extra points, the scores are calculated according to the actual test scores of the college entrance examination. For provinces with accurate ranking scores, the majors are assigned according to the scores after "accurate ranking scores minus extra points"; For provinces without accurate ranking scores, if the total scores of candidates in the college entrance examination are the same, the majors will be assigned in the order of professional volunteers. If the total score of the college entrance examination is the same as that of the professional volunteers, the majors with high scores in a single subject will be assigned in the order of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages.
Eleventh candidates in Jiangsu province, the required level of the selected subjects is above B (inclusive), the required level of the subjects is above C (inclusive), and the technical subjects are qualified. When determining candidates' admission major, the candidates who scored A+ in the history (literature and history) and physics (science and engineering) of the "selected examination" subjects were given 6 points, 2 points for the candidates with A+, 1 point for the candidates with B+, and 3 points for the candidates with A+ in the other selected examination subjects. Assign majors to candidates according to Article 10.
Twelfth candidates can not meet the professional volunteers and do not obey the professional adjustment, the school will be treated as dropping out.
Thirteenth English and Business English majors only recruit English candidates. Computer Science and Technology (China-Canada) cooperates with the Institute of Technology in Northern Alberta, Canada, and some courses are taught in English. Non-English language candidates should not apply. Due to the training requirements of communication engineering, electronic information engineering, electronic information science and technology, computer science and technology, software engineering, data science and big data technology, Internet of Things engineering, marketing, information management, information system and other majors, non-English language candidates should apply carefully.
Article 14 Requirements for the ratio of male to female. Mining engineering majors only recruit male students due to industry restrictions, and other majors do not limit the proportion of male and female students.

Chapter IV Entrusting Training for School-enterprise Cooperation
Article 16 Heilongjiang Long Mei Coal Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Long Mei Group") has carried out in-depth school-enterprise integration cooperation with our school and entrusted our school as its four subsidiaries-Heilongjiang Long Mei Jixi Mining Co., Ltd. (working place: Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province), Heilongjiang Long Mei Qitaihe Mining Co., Ltd. (working place: qitaihe city City, Heilongjiang Province) and Heilongjiang Shuangyashan Mining Co., Ltd. (working place: Heilongjiang Province). The tuition and accommodation fees of the admitted school-enterprise cooperation entrusted to train students with targeted employment (hereinafter referred to as "entrusted to train students") shall be borne by Long Mei Group, and Long Mei Group shall set up additional scholarships for them. After graduation, the entrusted training students will be placed by the corresponding entrusted training units.
Seventeenth candidates who apply for the entrusted training program of our school must read the entrusted training contract carefully. Candidates who fill in the entrusted training program are deemed to have understood and agreed to all the terms of the entrusted training contract. The admitted entrusted training students should sign a training contract within the time limit stipulated by the school. If the training contract is not signed on time, according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the candidates will be deemed to have given up their admission and cancelled their admission qualifications. Eighteenth candidates who apply for the entrusted training program choose "subject to professional adjustment" when volunteering, that is, if they do not meet the reported majors, schools are allowed to adjust majors across entrusted training units.
Chapter V Others
Nineteenth schools set up a number of scholarships, including national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and outstanding student scholarships, to reward students with excellent academic performance; Students from poor families can successfully complete their studies by applying for state grants, work-study programs, and granting various difficult subsidies. The school also assists students from poor families to apply for interest-free credit loans or national student loans on campus after entering school.

Twenty-first, within the prescribed period of study, students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan and reached the graduation conditions shall be awarded the graduation certificate of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology by the school, and those who meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree shall be awarded a bachelor's degree of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 24 The Articles of Association shall be revised by the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment management department where the students are located according to the adjustment of the enrollment policy in that year. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations and superior policies, the latter shall prevail.
Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the requirements and regulations of the school's previous enrollment work are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the previous relevant provisions shall be abolished immediately.
Article 26 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology.
