I. Application conditions

Second, registration.
The registration work is organized by the Personnel Department of Jiangsu Communication Administration Bureau in conjunction with Jiangsu University Admissions and Employment Guidance Service Center and related units.
(1) Registration method

(2) Matters needing attention in registration and qualification examination
Applicants must provide effective contact information (mobile phone number must be provided) and ID number. Personal data must be true and valid. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment. Registration must be consistent with the ID card used in the examination room.
On may 12, the list of all candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will be published on the website of Jiangsu Communications Administration (www.jsca.gov.cn) and the Jiangsu College Graduates Employment Network Alliance (www.9 1job.gov.cn).
(C) Online confirmation and admission ticket acquisition methods
From 9:00 on May 13 to 7:00 on May 16, candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must log in to the Jiangsu University Graduates Employment Network Alliance (www.9 1job.gov.cn) with their ID numbers to confirm their personal information and use the online payment system according to the standards approved by the provincial finance and price departments. From 9:00 on May 19 to 2 1 day 17:00 on May, the successful candidates must use their ID number to log on to the registration website, download and print the admission ticket. Candidates who fail to pay the fees within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the examination qualification automatically.
(4) Other explanatory matters.
Candidates who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the unit are not allowed to apply for positions that have direct leadership relations with the person in charge of the unit. If the person in charge of open recruitment and its staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the candidates, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of recruitment, they should withdraw.
If the number of qualified applicants for the same position is less than 3 times of the number of recruits for this position, the number of recruitment positions shall be reduced or cancelled accordingly, and an announcement shall be made on the provincial human resources and social security network.
Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
Examination methods: written examination and interview (including computer operation).
(1) Written examination subjects include: comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge. The written test does not specify a review book.
(2) See the admission ticket for the written test time. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
(3) After the written test marking, candidates' written test scores will be published on the Jiangsu University Graduates Employment Network Alliance (www.9 1job.gov.cn), and candidates can check their scores with the admission ticket number and ID number. Full written test score 100, 50 points qualified. According to the order of the written test scores from high to low, among the qualified personnel, the candidates for the interview will be determined within the ratio of 1: 3, and the interview list will be published on the website of Jiangsu Communication Administration (www.jsca.gov.cn) within two weeks after the written test.
(4) The interview (including computer operation) shall be conducted according to the interview method formulated by Jiangsu Internet Industry Management Service Center. Everyone involved in computer operation attended the interview. Full score of computer operation 100, qualified score 60; Interview score 100, qualified score 60; The judges will inform the candidates of the computer operation and interview results on the spot.
(5) Calculation method of total score. According to the written test results accounted for 30%, computer operation results accounted for 30%, interview results accounted for 40%, included in the final admission score. Use the percentage system to calculate the total score of candidates.
(6) All recruitment work (from the deadline for registration to the date when the final candidate is determined and publicized) shall be completed within 60 working days in principle.
Fourth, employment.
After the interview, according to the total score of the exam and the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1, the physical examination personnel will be determined from high score to low score, and the physical examination standard will be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). When there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination and other reasons, the one-time replacement personnel from high score to low score will participate in the medical examination among qualified candidates in the same position.
The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of the medical examination and inspection. The list of persons to be hired will be published on Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Network (), including name, gender, graduate school and major, positions to be hired, written test and interview results and ranking, and the publicity time will be 7 working days.
After publicity without objection, the employer and the employee sign an employment contract and go through relevant employment procedures. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The hired personnel will be given a three-month probation period, and those who pass the examination after the probation period will be hired and graded. Those who fail the exam will be disqualified.
