Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Pilot Program for Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of the College Entrance Examination System in Zhejiang Province, the Implementation Opinions of the College Entrance Examination in 2020 in Zhejiang Province and the relevant provisions of the education authorities in order to standardize the enrollment work, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates and ensure the smooth enrollment work.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of Qiuzhen College of Huzhou Normal University in 2020.
Article 3 The principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency shall be followed in the enrollment work of schools, and comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission shall be conducted.

Article 15 Qiuzhen College of Huzhou Normal University will continue to enroll students by major (or major category) in 2020, and there is no difference in professional level among majors (or major categories) when enrolling students. The school adopts the mode of "1+3" to recruit students according to major categories, and implements the cultivation of "thick foundation and wide caliber". Students are divided into different majors according to the principle of "volunteer+achievement" after completing the study of professional basic courses. Chapter V Access Principles
Article 16 The enrollment work of Qiuzhen College of Huzhou Normal University follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission. Details are as follows:
(1) Among the candidates whose college entrance examination scores have reached the minimum admission control score of the same category (batch), the proportion of candidates' files visited by our college is generally 1: 1 (unless some provinces have special provisions).
(2) Foreign language requirements: English majors are limited to recruiting English candidates, and students of other majors only use English as a foreign language teaching language in principle after entering school.
(3) Male-female ratio: There is no limit to the male-female ratio of each major.
(4) Physical health requirements: According to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, those who can be rejected by the school and those who can be rejected by relevant majors of the school will not be admitted. The specific restricted majors are as follows:
Majors who can't be admitted with mild color vision abnormality (commonly known as weak color): materials chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, bioengineering, nursing and other majors.
In addition to mild color vision abnormality, there are also environmental design, visual communication design, product design and other majors that cannot be admitted because of color blindness.
Candidates should fill in their volunteers reasonably according to the results of personal college entrance examination, and the candidates themselves are responsible for the withdrawal of files caused by the candidates' physical examination at the time of admission. The school conducts a physical examination after the new students enter the school. Those who fail to pass the second interview shall be dealt with by the school according to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province.
(five) the policy of adding points or dropping points shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).
(6) Comprehensive reform admission:
The school implements the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the province (city) where the candidates are located. The elective subjects are required for the enrollment majors (or professional categories) of colleges and universities in Zhejiang, Shanghai and Shandong, and candidates are required to fill in the relevant professional volunteers on the premise of meeting the requirements of the elective subjects. When the total scores of candidates in the admission professional rankings are the same, refer to the ranking rules of candidates with the same scores in parallel volunteer.
(7) Admission from other provinces:
The school implements the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the province (city, autonomous region) where the candidates are located. Candidates who enter the archives are selected according to the principle of "score first, follow the will", and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. Candidates who can't meet all professional volunteers but obey professional adjustment are randomly transferred to majors with insufficient admission plans; Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
When the total scores of the candidates in the professional ranking are the same, the total cultural scores (excluding extra points) shall prevail. When the total cultural scores are still the same, the single subject order and scores shall prevail (the provinces with special provisions shall be implemented according to the provincial documents). Single subjects are arranged in order: liberal arts are Chinese, liberal arts comprehensive, mathematics and foreign languages; Science is a combination of mathematics and science, both in Chinese and foreign languages.
In principle, the foreign language scores of English and Business English majors are required to reach 90 points (or 60% of the total scores). In the actual admission, the school can appropriately reduce the requirements for foreign language subjects according to the overall situation of students in some provinces.
Seventeenth admission method: the full implementation of computer online remote admission, with the electronic files of candidates established by the provincial (city, autonomous region) Education Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) as the basis for online admission of new students. Each major adopts the unified examination results of art majors in various provinces, and does not organize school examinations separately. Candidates and conditions shall be implemented according to the arrangements and requirements of the unified examination for art majors in various provinces. The specific admission rules are as follows: Candidates who have passed the provincial-level unified examination for culture and specialty are selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low, and those with the same comprehensive scores are selected according to their professional course scores; If the scores of professional courses are still the same, the examinations will be selected in the order of the scores of relevant cultural courses in local provinces. Comprehensive score, cultural score and professional score are calculated with 750 as full score, and the specific conversion method is: comprehensive score = cultural score (full score converted into 750 points) ×50%+ professional score (full score converted into 750 points) ×50% (Zhejiang). If the above admission principles conflict with the relevant requirements of the province where the students are located, the admission principles of the unified examination in the province where the students are located shall prevail.
Nineteenth sports enrollment methods:
(1) Sports enrollment: Candidates with qualified cultural and sports technical achievements will be selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low. If the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be selected according to their technical achievements; If the scores of technical subjects are still the same, they will be selected according to the order of the scores of relevant cultural courses in local provinces. Comprehensive score, cultural score and professional score are calculated with 750 as full score, and the specific conversion method is: comprehensive score = examinee's cultural score (full score converted to 750) ×50%+ technical score (full score converted to 750) ×50%. If the above admission principles conflict with the relevant requirements of the province where the students are located, the admission principles of the unified examination in the province where the students are located shall prevail.
(2) Sports special enrollment: On the premise of meeting the requirements of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province, students who pass the cultural examination and the special enrollment test will be selected according to their sports skill scores from high to low. Article 20 In order to encourage and attract outstanding candidates to apply for the exam, our college will implement the following measures in 2020:
(1) Candidates with high scores can choose professional incentives: Zhejiang candidates are required to be admitted in parallel with ordinary classes, and the cultural score of the college entrance examination exceeds the second line of ordinary classes designated by Zhejiang Province by more than 45 points.
