In order to improve the supporting infrastructure projects in the starting area as soon as possible, a model of extensively absorbing social funds to participate in construction and market-oriented operation has been established. In addition, the Economic Zone has reached a cooperation intention with Greenland Group, the largest real estate company in Shanghai, to build a central service area and a living supporting area by stages; We reached a cooperation intention with Canadian Eco-water Treatment Engineering and Equipment (International) Company on the construction of sewage treatment project, and built a sewage treatment plant in this area by BOT. Eight main roads in this area have also been put into construction.
In 2003, eight main roads, including Tang Ming Road, Dayun Road, Tang Huai Road and East Street, will be started in the starting area of 9.6 square kilometers, and greening construction will be started at the same time. Power supply, water supply, heating, communications and other infrastructure construction has been fully rolled out, and more than 30 enterprises have begun to enter. During the year, the construction area can be 2 million square meters, and the completed area is 6.5438+0.7 million square meters, with a total investment of more than 2.5 billion yuan, achieving the biggest breakthrough in the construction area and investment during the year. It is estimated that the annual gross industrial output value is 700 million yuan and the profit and tax is 20 million yuan. The economic zone will enter a new period of all-round development.
