According to the relevant regulations on enrollment in compulsory education in Beijing and Xicheng District in 20 16, the relevant matters concerning enrollment of freshmen in our school in 20 16 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Time and place of registration
Registration time: June 18 (Saturday) to June 19 (Sunday).
8: 30am to 165438+ 0: 30pm to13: 30pm.
Registration place: Beichangjie Primary School (No.71Beichangjie, Xicheng District).
Second, the scope of enrollment:
Beichang Street:1-133; Houzhai Hutong: 1— 1 1; Qianzhai Hutong: No.65438+0-7; Education hall: No.65438+0-9; Xixiangzi: No.65438+0-9;
Xihuamen Street: 1-39; Nanchang Street:1-123; East bank of Zhinv Bridge: 1-22.
School-age children who meet the requirements for primary school entrance in Xicheng District and have household registration within the above address range, as well as school-age children whose legal guardians own property houses or rent public houses within the above range, must register in the school. Children who are confirmed by hospitals at or above the district level as having no normal learning ability do not need to register, but need to apply for delayed admission or special education schools at school.
Three. Registration procedure
The legal guardian shall lead the school-age children who apply for admission to the school, and register with the school within the specified time with the family residence booklet (2 originals and 2 copies), the certificate of ownership house or rented public housing (2 originals and 2 copies), birth certificate, vaccination certificate and other relevant certificates, and the School-age Population Information Collection Form printed from the Beijing Compulsory Education Primary School Admission Service System (2 originals and 2 copies). School-age children who fail to register at school within the specified time will not retain their degrees.
After registration, the school will report the relevant information and materials to the administrative department of the District Education Commission for approval. After the examination and approval, the school shall handle the registration formalities and notify the legal guardian.
Note: the order of registration has nothing to do with the order of admission. Please don't register at the same time to avoid a long queue.
