(2) Application process: the applicant enters the hall, shows the green code with the application code, takes his temperature-takes the number from the pager-sits in the designated area in the hall and waits for a call from the paging system-checks his identity at the window-checks the certificate information-and leaves the service hall.

Third, matters needing attention
