Focusing on the goal of "natural gas from pipeline network enters cities and towns, liquefied natural gas enters rural areas, and gas flows to all Guangyuan", Guangyuan Natural Gas Company is responsible for natural gas supply, pipeline installation and gas facilities maintenance of civil and industrial enterprises in the city, and accelerates the development of civil natural gas in urban areas where natural gas is blocked, earthquake-damaged areas of natural gas pipeline network, suburban areas and gas transmission trunk lines passing through towns and villages. The civil natural gas project without pipe network in Chaotian District was completed and put into production, which realized that all four counties and three districts in the city used natural gas. Now, Guangyuan-Chaotian natural gas pipeline construction project and Qingchuan county civil natural gas post-disaster recovery and reconstruction project are accelerating. By replacing firewood with gas and oil with gas, the ecological environment is effectively protected and the living environment is improved.
Second, industrial and commercial enterprises should accelerate the adjustment of fuel structure.
Relying on the advantages of natural gas resources, Zhuhai vigorously promotes the technical transformation project of changing coal into gas, actively adjusts the fuel structure of industrial and commercial enterprises, promotes energy conservation and emission reduction, realizes low-carbon development, protects the ecological and atmospheric environment, and further promotes the comprehensive management of urban and rural environment. In 2009, five industrial enterprises above designated size and 256 "five small" enterprises completed the conversion from coal to gas. It is estimated that in 20 12, 35 enterprises above designated size in the city can completely complete the technical transformation of changing coal into gas, saving 610.5 million tons of standard coal and reducing CO2 emission by 210.23 million tons, realizing energy conservation and emission reduction, and promoting low-carbon development.
Third, the preliminary work of natural gas power generation projects was accelerated.
Sinopec Group has set up a team to start the preliminary work of moving the natural gas generator set in Shengli Oilfield to Guangyuan. At present, the feasibility study report and transportation scheme of large-scale equipment have been compiled and passed the review. Sinopec Shengli Oilfield natural gas power generation project is expected to be relocated to our natural gas comprehensive utilization industrial park before 20 15.
Fourth, accelerate the construction of natural gas chemical projects.
In order to speed up the pace of poverty alleviation after the earthquake and create a new pillar industry, our city has vigorously implemented the strategy of resource transformation and accelerated the pace of building an industrial park for comprehensive utilization of natural gas and oil sands. At present, the planning of Guangyuan natural gas industrial park has been completed, and the environmental impact assessment of the park has been completed according to the requirements of the provincial development and reform commission, and has passed the review of the provincial environmental protection bureau. The welding and cutting gas project with an annual output of 60,000 tons of natural gas, the drilling fluid project with an annual output of 654.38+10,000 tons and the anticorrosion pipe maintenance center project in the natural gas industrial park are expected to be completed and put into operation before 438+00 in February 2065. The existing liquid light hydrocarbon filling station project with an annual gas consumption of 330 million cubic meters invested by Huayou Natural Gas Co., Ltd. started construction in the natural gas supporting industrial park, and the construction design and process design are currently underway.
Five, gas coal recovery project has formed an industrial base.
Wangcang He Zhong Chemical Co., Ltd. newly built an annual output of 200,000 tons of methanol, and developed the downstream industrial chain of methanol with the remaining coke oven gas mixed with natural gas from the 600,000-ton coking project of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. under construction as raw materials.

The oil sands development and comprehensive utilization project of Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited with a total investment of RMB 4.5 billion was formally signed on February 29th, 2009.
