1. Party B shall apply to the relevant administrative department for approval of the outdoor advertising publishing license according to law; Party B shall maintain the corresponding facilities for publishing the outdoor advertisement in time to ensure the normal use of the advertising facilities and the normal effect of the advertising content.
2. If the advertisement cannot be released as scheduled due to Party B's reasons, Party A has the right to request Party B to postpone the release. If the delayed release causes losses to Party A, Party A has the right to demand compensation from Party B. If the delayed release fails to achieve the purpose of the contract, Party A has the right to terminate the contract.
3. In the process of advertising production and maintenance, Party B shall handle the property losses and personal injuries caused to Party B or a third party due to reasons other than Party A's, and bear all responsibilities.

Fourteen exceptions
When Party A and Party B or one of them cannot perform or fully perform the relevant obligations under this contract due to force majeure, both parties shall not be liable for breach of contract. However, in case of force majeure, one party or both parties shall notify the other party in writing within 2 days after the occurrence of force majeure, and provide proof from relevant departments.
