Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Admissions Committee and the Provincial Education Department, and in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to further implement and consolidate the "Sunshine Project" of college enrollment and ensure the fair, just, stable, standardized and safe implementation of school enrollment.
Article 2 Fujian Normal University (GB code: 10394) is a well-known public undergraduate university with a history of 1 13. It is a university jointly established by the People's Government of Fujian Province and the Ministry of Education, a key high-level university in Fujian Province, and a "national first-class university" in Fujian Province. The school strives to build a first-class discipline system of liberal arts, high-level science and characteristic engineering, and basically forms a comprehensive school-running pattern of coordinated development of literature, history, philosophy, science, engineering, teaching, economics, law, management, agriculture and art.

Cangshan Campus is located at No.32 Shangsan Road, Cangshan District, Fuzhou, and Qishan Campus is located at No.8 Xuefu South Road, Shang Jie Town, Minhou County, Fuzhou.

Article 4 In 2020, the enrollment plans and charging standards of colleges and universities in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall be uniformly announced to the public by the enrollment management departments of colleges and universities in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and published on the website of the school admissions office. In 2020, the enrollment major and plan of the school in Fujian Province will be subject to the announcement of Fujian Education Examinations Institute.
Article 5 The school has no reserved plan, and the principle of adjusting the plan during the admission period is as follows: multiple batches of unfinished enrollment plans in the province will be transferred to the next batch in the same province; The unfinished enrollment plan after each batch of admission is mainly inclined to areas with good quality, large quantity and high pressure for further study and key areas for ethnic work.
Chapter three? Professional admission requirements
Article 6 Candidates who apply for foreign language majors must take the oral English test organized by all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and pass the test. There is no requirement if it is not an oral English test organized by the candidate's province. English and translation majors only recruit English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to candidates taking foreign languages. In addition to Sino-Japanese cooperation in running schools, Japanese is used as the basic foreign language for teaching, and English is only used as the basic foreign language for other majors in the school.
Article 7 Candidates who fill in the language and literature category in China have a single subject score of not less than105; Candidates who fill in English and translation majors have a single foreign language score of not less than115; Candidates who fill in the major of Chinese international education have a foreign language score of not less than100; There is no single subject requirement for all majors in Xinjiang and Tibet classes in the Mainland.
Article 8 In principle, only candidates who fill in the professional volunteers of the corresponding cooperative education projects can be admitted to five types of cooperative education projects: Fujian-Taiwan cooperation, Sino-Japanese cooperation, Sino-British cooperation, Sino-Italian cooperation and Sino-US cooperation. Candidates who do not fill in any professional volunteers of the corresponding cooperative education projects will not be admitted to such cooperative education projects.
Article 9 The enrollment requirements and training mode of double-major public-funded normal students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of our school's "General Rules for Enrollment of Double-major Public-funded Normal Students".
Tenth candidates who are not suitable for the professional requirements of future teachers due to physical reasons may not fill in the normal major.
Article 11 In addition to the professional admission requirements in the articles of association, the notice of the Ministry of Education implements the Notice of the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Printing and Distributing the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2003] No.3) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling the Hepatitis B Test in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2).
Chapter four? Admission rules
Article 12 The principles of school enrollment are: fairness, impartiality and openness, admission according to the requirements of all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, and selection based on the results of the national unified examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities.
Thirteenth schools according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to determine the proportion of the transfer of files. In the provinces or batches where colleges and universities volunteer to file and the provinces where the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination is implemented, the general majors adopt the principle of "score priority" and are allocated according to the candidates' professional volunteers from high to low, and there is no difference in professional grades between professional volunteers; In Inner Mongolia, the principle of "enrollment plan 1: 1" is adopted. In the case of equal scores, the school will sort and enroll students according to the sorting rules of the same scores of parallel volunteer in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the provinces that provide candidates with parallel volunteer characteristic scores (parallel volunteer sorting scores) will be selected according to parallel volunteer characteristic scores (parallel volunteer sorting scores).
Fourteenth art majors adopt the principle of "clear specialty". The school covers the professional scope according to the provincial-level unified examination (joint examination) of art majors announced by various provinces in 2020, and recognizes the results of the provincial-level unified examination (joint examination) of the corresponding professional categories in the enrollment provinces. Candidates are required to participate in the provincial unified examination (joint examination) of the art category to which their major belongs. On the basis that the scores of the candidates' literature examination and professional unified examination (joint examination) are not lower than those of the provincial undergraduate literature examination control line and the undergraduate professional unified examination control line (qualified line), the following admission rules shall be implemented (the minimum requirements for the selected subjects of art majors in Jiangsu Province shall be implemented according to the provisions of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute):
(a) parallel volunteer file demonstration provinces according to the candidates file scores from high to low merit.
(2) The provinces in the conventional gradient voluntary reporting mode are enrolled according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and ranked according to the scores of related subjects from high to low in the case of equal comprehensive scores. The ranking order of related subjects is: professional unified examination (joint examination), Chinese, foreign language, liberal arts or science, and mathematics.
Professional and comprehensive conversion methods are as follows:
(1) Music and dance (including musicology and music performance), dance, broadcasting and hosting, art, design and animation. The conversion method of comprehensive score is: comprehensive score = literature test score ÷ total score of literature test ×750×40%+ score of professional unified examination (joint examination) ÷ total score of professional unified examination (joint examination) ×750×60%.
(2) Radio and television director major. The conversion method of comprehensive score is: comprehensive score = score of literature test ÷ total score of literature test ×750×70%+ score of professional unified test (joint test) ÷ total score of professional unified test ×750×30%.
(3) The provinces (Fujian Province) with the mode of "multi-investment in one file" are admitted according to the following two rules:
1. On the basis that the candidates' scores in the literature examination are not less than 90% of the minimum admission scores of the provincial undergraduate batches, and the scores in the professional unified examination are not less than the control line of the provincial art undergraduate majors, they are ranked from high to low according to the scores in the professional unified examination, and they are selected according to the characteristics of parallel volunteer.

2. Admission is ranked from high to low according to comprehensive scores, and in the case of equal comprehensive scores, it is ranked from high to low according to relevant scores. The ranking order of related scores is: professional unified examination scores and parallel volunteer characteristic scores.

Fifteenth sports majors adopt the principle of "clear specialty". On the basis that the candidates' scores in the cultural examination and professional examination are all qualified, the school will select the best candidates according to their scores from high to low, and in the case of equal scores in candidates' files, they will be admitted in turn according to their professional scores, cultural achievements, Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages. The enrollment of sports training majors is implemented according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration and the enrollment brochures of the school in that year.

Article 16 After the freshmen report for duty, the school will re-examine them. Those who fail to meet the requirements or obtain admission qualifications by deception will be disqualified and returned to their original places.
Article 17 Among the freshmen admitted in 2020, freshmen from the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Foreign Languages are enrolled in Cangshan Campus, while freshmen from other colleges are enrolled in Qishan Campus. Undergraduate freshmen whose origin, household registration or permanent residence are in Gulou District, Cangshan District, Taijiang District, Jin 'an District, Shangjie Town of Minhou County and Fuzhou High-tech Zone may apply not to stay in school.
Article 18 Some majors in the school enroll students by category, and each major category includes several different majors. Some majors include both normal majors and non-normal majors. Candidates admitted according to the enrollment major shall be sorted according to the relevant regulations after entering the school.
Article 19 According to the documents of Fujian Provincial Price Bureau, such as Minjiafei [2004] No.213 and Minjiafei [2010] No.205, the tuition fees for the majors of ordinary undergraduate courses are as follows: the fees for the majors of literature and history, science and engineering and sports are 5040 yuan per student. After the students pay the fees, if they give up their admission qualification, drop out of school or terminate their studies for other reasons, the agency fees paid at the time of admission will be settled truthfully, and the tuition and accommodation fees for the academic year will be repaid in the following ways: those who fail to enter the school after paying the fees will be repaid at 90% of the charging standard; If the insured amount is less than 1 month after payment, the fee will be refunded according to 80% of the charging standard; If the enrollment exceeds 1 month after payment, but does not exceed 1 semester, the fee will be refunded at 50% of the charging standard; No refund will be given to those who attend school for more than 1 semester after payment; Those who are expelled from school will not be refunded.
Twentieth students can voluntarily apply for major change in the first and second academic years, and the conditions and procedures for major change shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Undergraduate Major Change in Fujian Normal University (Trial).
Twenty-first schools have a variety of international exchange programs and excellent undergraduate exchange programs, such as international exchange programs, inter-school exchange programs, university alliance programs, summer programs, etc. According to relevant regulations, outstanding undergraduates are sent to famous universities in the United States, Britain, Finland, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, Japan, Czech Republic, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Russia and other countries for short-term exchange and study. The school has also set up a special fund for undergraduate international exchange and study, and anyone who meets the relevant regulations during the school period can apply.
Article 22 The state establishes national scholarships and national inspirational scholarships, and schools set up special scholarships for principals and scholarships for outstanding students. For students from poor families, the school has taken measures such as state grants, state student loans, work-study programs, subsidies for difficulties, tuition fee remission, etc., and at the same time raised and set up more than ten social grants.
The school has a teacher's professional scholarship, and students admitted to the national talent training base and the teacher's major enjoy the scholarship; Students who are admitted to the normal education major do not enjoy scholarships after entering school. Chapter six? supplementary terms
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of Fujian Normal University in 2020, and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and shall be interpreted by the School Admissions Examination Center. If the previous regulations of the school are inconsistent with the bylaws, the bylaws shall prevail.
